Now that Steams all couch-friendly thanks to Big Picture mode, itd be nice if more games were reconfigured for slouching.

A new patch enables big picture support for the game valve s steam option designed to suit tv and. Everything i ve read talks about one player using a mouse and keyboard and one person using a controller. Valves patch notes say split-screen co-op is. I suppose that’s also why local co-op support has been added into Portal 2’s community co-op map queue. Portal 2 split screen and with 2 pc or ps2 game controllers on pc is not that complex at all. Steams Portal 2 now supports split-screen and Big Picture mode, meaning PC and Mac players can enjoy inter-spatial robo-cooperation on their TV sets. One great thing about Remote Play Together is that it will allow friends to play games together with only needing one person owning the game.

In tandem with Steam officially launching their Remote Play Together feature, Portal 2 just got a new update that introduces a few fixes and some cool new features including local co-op support for one player using a keyboard and mouse and the other using a controller. Portal 2 is one such game that does that and Valve is just making it better at ruining friendships. Puzzle games are great, especially ones that let you play together with a friend or family member which would eventually result in both of you hating each other.
